Police Searching for Local Man in Murder Investigation

Southern middle Tennessee authorities on the hunt for suspects connected with the September 14th shooting death of a Shelbyville woman.  The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says David Fletcher was arrested Thursday morning and is charged with 1 count of criminal homicide in connection with the death of Angela Kibble, age 45. Authorities say the Winchester man is being held in the Bedford County jail under a $2 million bond. A 2nd suspect has been added to the TBI’s 10 most wanted list in connection with the woman’s murder. Earl Taylor, age 30, of Winchester, is a black male described as 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 190 pounds. A $1,000 reward is offered for information leading to his arrest.
