2 Winchester men charged in connection with the murder of a Shelbyville woman face a preliminary court hearing October 28th. Earl Taylor, age 30 and David Fletcher, age 30, are charged with criminal homicide in connection with last month’s shooting death of Angela Kibble, age 45. The men are being held in the Bedford County jail under a $2 million bond. The Chattanooga times free press reports the Tennessee bureau of investigation says the murder probe remains active and ongoing. Agents won’t say if they believe kibble’s death was linked to an earlier slaying in Fayetteville. Her son, Michael Sales, is charged with the Labor Day weekend shooting death of Carlton Caruth, age 19. WHNT-TV reports Caruth’s mother says her son is the 2nd of 2 of her children to be shot to death. Her daughter was killed outside a Nashville party in 2002.
