7th Suspect Charged in Bedford County Murder

A Fayetteville man is now charged with especially aggravated burglary after a Bedford County woman was shot and killed inside her home in September.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation began investigating 45-year-old Angela Kibble’s death after she was found dead inside her Belmont Avenue home on Sept. 14 by a neighbor.

During their investigation, it was determined that Desean Askins was among several people who entered Kibble’s home and was present at the time of her death.

Askins is charged with one count of especially aggravated burglary. He’s jailed on a $200,000 bond in Bedford County.

Three others, including a juvenile, were arrested last week on the same charge.

Three other men were previously arrested in Kibble’s murder and they are all charged with one count of criminal homicide.
