Two Men Charged for Robbing TBI Undercover Agent

Two Davidson County men are accused of robbing an undercover TBI agent.

The agent was reportedly trying to buy fake Percocet pills from Caethean Davis and Dontarius Polk when he was robbed at a parking lot in La Vergne.

TBI agents searched Davis’ home and said they found pills, crack cocaine and a gun.

Davis, 21, and Polk, 23, were arrested on Thursday night. Both are charged with aggravated robbery, aggravated assault, evading arrest and tampering/fabricating evidence.

According to the TBI, additional charges could be coming as the investigation continues.

Both are being held in the Rutherford County jail on a $150,000 bond.
