State senators have approved legislation establishing a memorial roadside sign program to remember drunk driving victims. The bill was approved unanimously Monday. The “Tyler Head” law would provide funds to erect signs honoring victims at the location of their deaths. The effort named after a Austin Peay state university student killed by an impaired driver in 2012. A house subcommittee set to consider a companion bill today.
