Sinead O’Connor was found safe Monday afternoon, hours after she was reported missing, according to police in a suburban Chicago town.
A Wilmette police spokesman confirmed she was no longer considered missing or in danger.
Irish singer Sinead O’Connor was reported missing Monday a day after she went on a bike ride in the posh Chicago suburb of Wilmette and did not return. O’Connor, 49, was last seen around 6 a.m. Sunday, police said.
O’Connor became a global star in 1990 with the worldwide hit Nothing Compares 2 U, a song written by Prince.
